GuocoLand’s Martin Modern cliches Silver at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award

It is GuocoLand’s 5th accolade at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award. It formerly gained honors for Guoco Tower in 2022, 2021, and 2020 and Leedon Property in 2018.

The venture also earned four significant awards at the 2nd EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Grant in 2018 in the unfinished projects classification, including Top Development Excellence, Design Excellence, Landscape Excellence and Innovation Excellence.

It was assigned Top Development, Residential (Completed) at the 6th EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards 2022; High-end Residential Development of the Year, Singapore, at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2021; and Best Residential Development Singapore at the International Property Awards 2020.

The project has currently declared many other leading real estate and design awards.

Martin Modern was created by ipli Architects and ADDP Architects. The plan’s style was attributed for its abundant botanical garden setting, matched by a rugged aesthetic inspired by the neighbouring shore sanctuary. At Martin Modern, 80% of the area is alloted to landscaping and features, and GuocoLand’s different trademark layout features, such as a grand lawn and plentiful spaces for recreation and amusement, are feature.

The International Real Estate Federation, identifying the importance of building brilliance, durability, neighborhood engagement, and honest business methods, has actually awarded GuocoLand for its commitment to these values in the development of Martin Modern.

Martin Modern, a high-end condo by mainboard-listed property developer GuocoLand, was identified as World Silver Winner in the Residential (High Rise) Classification at this year’s FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award.
