Accor partners Fragrance Group and Global Premium Hotels to open three new Singapore properties
The confirmings for the three brand-new hotels are the current in Accor’s long-standing partnership with Fragrance Team and Global Premium Hotels, both of which are owned by Koh Wee Meng, chairperson of Fragrance Team.
Multinational hospitality member Accor has inked an agreement with Fragrance Team and Global Premium Hotels to open 2 new-build properties that will house three hotels. All three hotels will be open up by 2027.
“These new buildings will allow us to continue curating enhancing experiences for our customers and even more expand our reception offers in Singapore,” includes Fragrance Group’s Koh.
Some of the two new real estates rises at Hoe Chiang Roadway. It will definitely house the 808-key Mövenpick Singapore, the biggest Mövenpick hotel in the Asia Pacific area. It will also house Mövenpick Living Singapore, a 37-key accommodation focused at visitors seeking prolonged visits.

The other property, found at Waterloo Street, are going to be the place of a new hotel following the Handwritten Collection Brand Name. The 502-key estate is the second in Singapore within the Handwritten Collection brand name, adhering to the kick off of Hotel Faber Park Singapore– Handwritten Collection in late 2023.
The collaboration currently has a profile of 17 hotels in Singapore, 5 in Australia and 3 in the UK. The hotels are under brands for example, MGallery, Mövenpick, Novotel, Mercure, Handwritten Collection, ibis Styles and ibis Budget.
